Expert tree services: How New England Tree Masters delivers excellence with Vermeer equipment

New England Tree Masters

With over 22 years of experience in the tree care industry, New England Tree Masters has established itself as a leading provider of professional tree services in the greater Boston area. This dedicated team combines powerful Vermeer equipment with certified expertise to deliver exceptional results for every project.

“I rely on Vermeer brush chippers. By using the right equipment and having the right personnel to do the job, nothing keeps me up at night,” said Luis Gutierres, owner of New England Tree Masters.

Setting the standard in tree care excellence

From their location 20 miles outside Boston, New England Tree Masters serves a 25-mile radius throughout the region. “We work to make our equipment the safest and most modern on the market so we can do the job better and avoid problems on tough jobs,” explained Gutierres. This focus on good equipment has led New England Tree Masters to stick with Vermeer machines for their work.

Advanced equipment powers superior performance

“What makes Vermeer stand out compared to their competition would be the quality of the machine,” said Luna Teixeira, crane operator for New England Tree Masters. “It’s super durable and just works better overall. The machines keep running no matter what. We’re always go, go, go, and they hold up to it.”

New England Tree Masters’ impressive Vermeer fleet includes:

  • BC1800XL brush chippers “I started buying Vermeer chippers, I think it was about 15 years ago. My first one was BC1800XL and it was just a great chipper, very reliable, and that’s the main reason why we ended up switching for Vermeer,” said Gutierres.
  • BC2100XL brush chippers —”I like my Vermeer chipper. I like the way the chipper has performed. If we don’t have a WC2300 on a job that day, the crane crew can still get a job done using a BC2100XL,” explained Gutierres.
  • WC2300XL whole tree chippers — A key component of their equipment lineup, allowing the team to handle larger materials efficiently on demanding jobsites.
  • HG6000 horizontal grinder — Another valuable addition to their fleet, this machine helps process large volumes of material quickly and efficiently, helping keep their operation running at maximum productivity.
  • CTX160 mini skid steers — “Getting that mini skid steer was a great addition to our fleet, which gives us more working space. This saves the ground crew’s backs and improves safety on the jobsite,” noted Teixeira. “I like the mini skid steer. The lift capacity is unbelievable,” added Gutierres.

Dealer support that keeps business moving

The relationship between New England Tree Masters and Vermeer All Roads shows the value of strong dealer support. “Our parts department is super responsive,” explained Cody Labriola, regional sales manager for Vermeer All Roads. “When he sends us a serial number or a picture of what’s going on and what he needs, it’s, ‘Hey, we have it in stock, or we can get it next day.'”

“We rely on them for parts and service. They make it so simple,” said Gutierres. “Vermeer All Roads goes above and beyond. If something breaks, they’ll get you up and running quick.”

Luna Teixeira confirmed, “If they don’t have it in stock, they’ll get it overnighted to us.”

Quality that delivers results

“The Vermeer equipment helped me a lot, helped the business grow a lot,” said Gutierres. “We keep choosing Vermeer because they’re really good chippers. In my opinion, it’s one of the best out there, and service in the parts second to none.”
